• They are Windows applications compatible with Microsoft certification.
• The user can work using all functions from either the keyboard only, or instead of using function keys can use the mouse and special icons contained in each form.
• Thanks to the use of Windows technology and in particular thanks to the experience of our application designers, the applications are very user friendly.
• They are multi-currency applications whose base currency can be configured by the user for the entire application.
• They are multi-language applications, although most versions are offered as bilingual (English/ Greek) with the active language being set by the user
• Full security system:
  
  1. Our applications offer a full secure database user access system which logs their actions.
  2. Every time a user logs on to the application the system logs and files the user’s data (login timestamp-logout, computer name,…).
  3. Every new data entry or change in a data entry is accompanied by the username and the date and time of entry.
  4. All system events (such as commission calculations) are logged and accompanied by the user access account and the procedure timestamp.
• The applications utilise Crystal Reports (which is fully integrated into the application) which can rapidly generate highly detailed reports that can also be printed out in colour. Before printing, the user can preview the report and save the file to a hard disk rather than printing thereby generating text, Word, Excel or PDF files.
• Moreover our applications are designed and built using open architecture principles which means that third party manufacturers can use our database applications and develop their own applications and functions.
