WinBLIND is a configurable Windows application used to optimise the production of aluminium - iron businesses. This application employs client - server architecture (Client .NET 2010 C#, DB: MS SQL Server 2008, Crystal Reports R12).

It includes:

• the ability to record end user product configurations.
• the ability to record orders and to link them to the customer module.
• the ability to execute orders by unit or by grouping orders.
• A special optimisation algorithm is used (designed and developed by ManiSoft) to optimise the usage of raw materials when filling orders or grouping orders. This is a cutting stock problem 1-D category algorithm.
• Detailed order / product configuration / order filling / raw material usage monitoring.
• Printout of reports for all these functions.
