WinFLEET
Fleet management
WinFleet is a configurable Windows application for managing fleets (Vehicles, Aeroplanes,..).
It was initially designed for WAN networks (but is also suitable for LAN networks) and utilises Microsoft Web Services (Client .NET 2010 C# framework 4.0, DB: MS SQL Server 2008, Crystal Reports R12).
Fleet management
- Includes:
- Full fleet management functionality.
- Optional connections to geographical positioning systems (GPS) for vehicles.
- Functionality available to central management and functional fleet management per work station or vehicle custodianship.
- Linking of vehicles to contracts, customers and suppliers and certified drivers for each vehicle.
- Insurance contracts, road tax, special offers, maintenance, expenses, accidents, temporary replacement vehicles and budgets can all be managed by this module.
- Detailed monitoring of expenses and various works carried out on each vehicle.
- Printout of reports for all these functions.
